More creationsfour level residence in N. Penteli

The four levels of the house are interconnected with a specially designed staircase constructed from exposed concrete, ending to the attic with the large skylights.

In many spaces, wallpapers have been used, while in the playroom a painting of Almudena Cuesta Ruiz, was recreated for wallpaper by the artist herself.

Special care has been taken to reduce the carbon footprint of the house with the extended use of led and compact fluorescent lighting, a slow combustion energy saving fireplace in the living room, low emissivity glass panels on the roof skylights, while in all areas a floor heating system has been installed.

The house was published on “Οikia & Δiakosmisi” magazine, volume 138 may 2012.
